The week of March 14th is when the results of the 2011 National Resident Matching Program are published. Every 4th year medical student across the country who is enrolled in an accredited medical school will learn where he/she will train in their residency. St. Patrick’s Day will also be the day that the University of Florida Residency Training Programs will learn who will be coming to our institution and Shands Hospital to train. It is an exciting day that lays plans down for the lives and careers of our fine young physicians in training.
