FICA ALTERNATIVE PLAN:  BENCOR
As a resident or fellow in the College of Medicine at the University of Florida, you do not pay into FICA.  Instead, your FICA money is automatically invested in a 401(a) FICA Alternative Retirement Plan through BENCOR.
