DEADLINE: All Medical Screening forms must be completed and received in UF Student Healthcare Center by April 30th.

BBP and N-95 Training modules are to be completed by July 1.  You may not be able to access these training modules until May as they are contingent upon the employment paperwork being processed.

UF Department of Environmental Health and Safety has requirements you must complete prior to beginning work as a resident.
