Patient Safety and Quality Improvement

Big Aims.pngThis page will be devoted to training in patient safety issues.

As an introduction, a video produced by Johns Hopkins Medical Institutions provides a nice overview to new and current housestaff about the developing culture of patient safety at the University of Florida Health Science Center.  ALL Housestaff are strongly urged to view this presentation and take the admonition to heart that no member of the health care team is too junior or too unimportant to advocate for patient safety.
