Dr. Sarah Fayad, PGY-3, has been selected as the 2011-2012 American Psychiatric Association’s Psychiatric Leadership President. Sarah was made an APA Psychiatric Leadership Fellow for the term 2010-2012. Only 5 fellows are chosen throughout the nation each year. Her peers have nominated her as their President this year. Sarah will participate in the APA Board of Trustees meetings for the coming year. She will act as the official spokesperson for the fellowship. This is an incredible honor for Sarah.
