Physician Wellness

Supporting the Well-Being of Our Physicians

Physician wellness is fundamental to providing safe, compassionate, and high-quality patient care. At the University of Florida College of Medicine, we are dedicated to cultivating a culture of well-being by offering comprehensive resources, strong support systems, and a community that values the mental, emotional, and physical health of our residents, fellows, and faculty. Through confidential counseling services, targeted wellness programming, and ongoing advocacy, we strive to ensure that physicians not only succeed in their training, but also thrive personally and professionally—now and into the future.
