Graduate Medical Education Office (GME)
At the University of Florida College of Medicine, we are proud to support one of the largest and most diverse Graduate Medical Education programs in the Southeast. Our institution is home to 84 ACGME-accredited residency and fellowship programs, 61 non-ACGME accredited programs — including 7 with non-standard training recognition — and a total of 998 housestaff. Our mission is to cultivate an environment of academic excellence, clinical innovation, and compassionate care.
The Office of Graduate Medical Education is committed to providing a supportive and structured learning environment for our residents and fellows. We partner closely with program directors, coordinators, and institutional leaders to ensure our trainees receive the mentorship, education, and resources they need to thrive — both professionally and personally.
