The Program Administrator Advisory Council (PAAC) serves as a vital link between program coordinators and the Office of Graduate Medical Education (GME). By bringing together the voices and experiences of coordinators across all training programs, the council ensures that policies, processes, and initiatives reflect the needs of those working directly with faculty, residents, and fellows. Through collaboration, feedback, and shared expertise, the PAAC helps shape a stronger, more supportive GME community.
