Dr. Close is the Senior Associate Dean for Graduate Medical Education, Professor in the Hematology/Oncology Division, and a medical oncologist with a focus on sarcoma. She was a program director for over 10 years, giving her the experience working and serving the GME community by supporting and helping programs, faculty, residents/fellows and staff.
